DISCLOSURE

Thank you for choosing Cornerstone Automotive Group, Inc. for your car buying service. Our services may
include locating your desired vehicle, negotiating its price if purchased from another dealer in a
transaction we arrange, arranging loan or lease financing, extended warranties, and handling trade-ins.
Our relationship may include the following:

Terms and Disclosures regarding your vehicle purchase:

1.   If applicable, any factory warranty on your vehicle is provided by the manufacturer. If, in the
      future you need to make warranty repairs, please contact a factory franchised dealer who sells
      and services that vehicle brand. We will not be responsible for warranty or service work on the
      vehicle.

2.  A broker fee for our services will be either:

        a.    Included in the purchase price or capitalized cost and paid to the broker by the seller or
               lessor upon delivery of the vehicle; or

        b.   Reflected in the purchase order/lease agreement and is paid to the broker upon delivery
              or the automobile; or

        c.   Paid separately to the broker by the customer upon delivery of the vehicle. No additional
              compensation shall be received from the dealer or lessor.

      The way in which the broker fee will be collected will be disclosed to you in writing prior to the
      completion of your transaction.

3.   If we sell/lease to you a vehicle that is from our own inventory, we are acting as a motor
      vehicle dealer representing our own interests and not acting as an agent for the buyer or
      lessee who is free to negotiate the purchase or lease terms. No broker service fees will be
      charged.

4.   If we arrange financing for you we may receive additional compensation in the form of fees or
      additional loan points which are paid by the funding provider and are included in the charges
      to you. Interest rates quoted by us may be negotiable.

5.   If you purchase an Extended Warranty through us we may receive additional compensation
      from the warranty provider which is included in our price. Beyond any government related
      fees, there are no additional fees due us for your motor vehicle, and we will not charge or
      collect any fees until you purchase your vehicle.
