We also work to provide solid local job opportunities at all levels where employees have the opportunity to grow in their department and throughout the Cornerstone organization. To that end, over 90% of Stillwater Motors employees decided to stay, which means that we continue to employ nearly 100 local residents that have worked with Stillwater motors over the years. As we grow, we look to add to that number and create more jobs right here in Stillwater. Our employees are the primary way that customers experience the values that define Cornerstone – the values that first attracted D.J. Raduenz and Stillwater Motors to Cornerstone Auto.
